Emma is an HR Professional with more than 25 years experience in general management, across a variety of industries including hospitality, retail, cruise, legal and financial services. She decided to specialise in HR in her forties and obtained her Masters in HR with distinction at the ancient age of 45. Most recently Emma was the Practice Manager and HR Manager at Ogier, a global offshore law firm with over 200 employees here in Cayman.

Emma’s core strengths are solving problems and supporting teams and individuals in achieving their goals. She is a connector and very good at putting the right people in touch with one another to further objectives and create opportunities. Emma is an outspoken advocate for equity and fairness and she believes in transparency and not just doing things right but doing the right things. She is a trained mental health first aider, and vocal about women’s health issues (in particular menopause). Cayman has been Emma’s home for the last 50 years.
