Being born and raised here in Cayman, I have always had a strong tie to the island and dreamt of finding a job where I could give back to the community that helped shape me, and Connect allows me to do just that! I began my career in the employment industry in 2017 with Connect’s founding sponsor, Nova Recruitment, which ignited my passion for supporting the local community with their careers. After many years working in recruitment and career development at Nova, I transitioned my career to focus on supporting the team internally, as I took up the post of Marketing & Operations Manager for the CML Group of Companies, which covers CML Offshore Recruitment and Nova Recruitment (and by extension Connect by Nova).
