Louise Reed

Director, Advisory Board

Louise Reed is originally from the Lake District in the UK and has lived in The Cayman Islands for the last 12 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance and completed executive programs in leadership at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School.

Louise is currently Managing Director of the CML Group of companies and works closely with the management committee to coordinate and drive the Group’s strategy development and operational effectiveness. With over 21 years of HR and recruitment experience, Louise’s successes have allowed her to expand the CML Group with the founding of both Nova Recruitment in 2016 and, most recently, Connect by Nova in 2020, focusing on career development and training for the local community in Cayman.

Louise is passionate about diversity & inclusivity and is committed to supporting the talent development of aspirational individuals. She is a founding member of NPO Gender Equality Cayman and served as Co-Chairperson of the Board for four years. Before this, Louise served six years as a Director for the Board of The Cayman Islands Human Resources professionals.
