Hannah Jackson
Career Services Manager
I began my HR journey at Nova Recruitment, where I was the first person to go through the Tomorrow’s HR Apprenticeship, a 24-month program geared towards young professionals looking to begin a career in Human Resources. During my apprenticeship, I received a front-row seat and on-the-job training in Recruitment, Immigration, HR Consulting, and Operations. My primary focus was to gain as much knowledge as possible and truly kickstart a career in HR.
I am thrilled to have launched Connect by Nova, a new career-focused not-for-profit organization in the Cayman Islands committed to supporting Caymanians and the wider Cayman community to achieve career success through guided access to education, training, and employment.
As the Co-Founder & Career Services Manager, I manage the day-to-day operations at Connect and provide a unique, dynamic, and fresh approach to deliver independent and impartial careers guidance on what to do about skills gaps to make sure that individuals are at their best in the current employment market.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A violinist! Fun fact – I am one of 4 siblings and we had a family string quartet growing up!
If you were an animal, what would you be?
Definitely a tiger – brave, courageous, and passionate!
