Having started my HR journey through an internship opportunity gave me a deep appreciation for the importance of accessible support when navigating the job market. I’ve always been passionate about creating opportunities for others in the community, and co-founding Connect by Nova has been one of the most rewarding parts of that journey. Through Connect, we focus on ensuring that our programs meet the real needs of Caymanians and bridging the gap between local talent and opportunity.

After five years leading the day-to-day operations of Connect by Nova, I’ve now moved into an advisory board role, allowing me to focus on expanding Connect’s reach and deepening our impact across the Cayman community. I also serve on several boards across the island, providing opportunities to work alongside diverse leaders and support the growth and development of our local workforce. I am currently the Vice President of the Cayman Islands Society for Human Resources Professionals (CISHRP), where I continue to support the growth of the local HR industry and stay closely connected to the evolving needs of Cayman’s workforce.
